Anchorage Mayoral Candidates’ Forum for the Asian American/Pacific Islander Community
The Asian Alaskan Cultural Center (AACC) is proud to announce it will be hosting its Anchorage Mayoral Candidates Forum dedicated to engaging with the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities of Anchorage. This forum will provide a platform for dialogue and interaction between mayoral candidates and AAPI community members, fostering a deeper understanding of the issues that matter most to these vibrant and diverse communities.
This event is sponsored and hosted by AACC with its eight member countries: China, India, Japan, Korea, Laos, Philippines, Thailand and Nepal. It will take place at 4-5:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at the Northwood Elementary School multipurpose room.
Korean American Community of Anchorage Mayoral Forum
Join the Korean American Community of Anchorage’s NexGen group and meet the 2024 Anchorage mayoral candidates. The event is free and open to the public. Refreshments provided.
